Tehran – July 21, 2010  Merchants of the Bazaar have received a form that they have to fill and sign by July 22nd, agreeing to pay the 15% taxes.   If a merchant doesn’t fill out the form, he will receive 30% fine.
The merchants must write their personal information such as home phone number and their National ID number.
The merchant’s income is not mentioned.
Although the Bazaar was open, it was inactive and there was little exchange of goods.
