This is reported to be a protest in Tabriz on 10 Mordad 89 ( August 1, 2010 ).  There is no independent confirmation as of yet to the authenticity of the video, and what exactly sparked the protest.  When, and if more information becomes available, this post will be updated.

Update:  ( August 2, 2010 ) We believe this video to be from the reported protest that started at Sahand Stadium in Tabriz.  Here is a report from the Students Committee in Iran:

At 1800 on Sunday August 1 as regime prevented the fans of two soccer teams enter Sahand Stadium in Tabriz making a curfew like scene the fans gathered in protest in Sa’at Square and in front of the Governor Office of the city.

Anti-riot forces took into the scene and clashes started; the crowd started shouting ‘you have no honor’ at the suppressive forces as they entered the scene.

The protesters chanted:
– Long live Azerbaijan whoever cannot tolerate it be blind
– We are ready to get killed we are soldiers of Babak (a hero from Azerbaijan who rose against the oppressor of his time)
– Whoever doesn’t take side he is with Pasdars (IRGC members) and does not have honor
– Death to fascist
