Majid Tavakoli in Dire Physical Condition & Transferred to Evin Infirmary Ater Losing Consciousness!

Monday August 9th, 2010 –  As a result of his long hunger strike, Majid Tavakoli, student activist has lost consciousness and been transferred to Evin prison’s infirmary.

On his 15th day of hunger strike, Majid Tavakoli is in dire physical condition and has been transferred to Evin prison’s infirmary. According to reports by RAHANA, Tavakoli, a student activist who was transferred to solitary confinement over two weeks ago, was transferred to the infirmary at Evin prison after losing consciousness.

According to the received reports, his physical condition is dire. Tavakoli lost consciousness for a number of hours and remained unconscious at the time this report was published.
