Iranians chant “Mubarak, Ben Ali, it’s your turn Seyed Ali” refering to the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei. Other chants include “Brave Hejazi, your words are the words of the people” refering to a nationally televised press conference in which he was critical of the government over the horrible economic situation and the harrassment, intimidation and arrests of the people. The fans also chanted “Ya Hossein, Mir Hossein” in support of Mir Hossein Mousavi, the opposition leader who has been under house arrest since early February.

آتش زدن بنر منشور اخلاقی توسط دانشجویان دانشگاه علم و صنعت / Students at the Science and Technology University in Tehran set the banner of Code of Ethics on fire
با گذشت یک هفته از انتشار بیانیه ی شماره ۱ دانشجویان دانشگاه علم و صنعت دراعتراض به فضای امنیتی و سیاست های نادرست فرهنگی مسئولین دانشگاه، بر اساس گزارش ها هیچ اقدام مثبتی از طرف مدیریت در اصلاح روند موجود و مذاکره با دانشجویان معترض انجام نشده است. این امر سبب شد تا جمعی از دانشجویان معترض دانشگاه علم و صنعت با آتش زدن بنر منشور اخلاقی خوابگاه داخل بار دیگر اعتراض خود را به روند غیرموجه کنونی نشان دهند.
به گزارش دانشجو نیوز، این بنر علی رغم چسبیده بودن به اتاق حراست خوابگاه و تحت نظر بودن توسط دوربین های مداربسته پیشرفته، توسط این دانشجویان شجاع به آتش کشیده شد. نیروهای حراست دانشگاه ساعاتی بعد از این حرکت این بنر را با دستپاچگی سریعاً از محل جمع کردند
